This Privacy Policy explains how NET1Plus LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company doing business as Travel More Mobile RV Services and Travel More RV ("Travel More RV," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit travelmorerv.com (the "Site") or use our services. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in a few different ways:

Information you give us directly

• Service requests. When you submit our Request Service form, you provide information such as your name, phone number, email address, RV details, where the RV is parked, and a description of the service you need. The form is our own and submits directly to us; what you send is stored on our server and used to arrange your service.
• Newsletter sign-up. If you subscribe to our email list, we collect your email address (and any other information you choose to provide). You can subscribe through the sign-up form on the Site, or by ticking the optional mailing-list box on the Request Service form — that box is never ticked for you, and leaving it alone has no effect on your service request. Either way, the subscription is processed by our email marketing provider, and we keep a record of when you opted in.
• Direct contact. If you call or email us using the contact details on this Site, we receive whatever information you choose to share with us.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting environment automatically logs standard technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view. We use this only for security, troubleshooting, and understanding general site usage; we do not use it to build a marketing profile of you.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to service requests and questions, and to schedule and perform work you request;
• Send you information you've asked for, such as our email newsletter (you can unsubscribe at any time);
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
• Protect against fraud, abuse, and security issues; and
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to those above without asking you first.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share information only as needed to run the business and the Site:

• Service providers who help us operate — for example Amazon Web Services (our website host, and the service that delivers our email), Jobber (scheduling and invoicing for work we take on), our email newsletter provider, and Google reCAPTCHA (spam and abuse prevention). These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
• Legal reasons — if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of Travel More RV, our customers, or others.
• Business transfers — if the business is ever sold or transferred, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

This Site relies on a small number of third-party services to function:

• Amazon Web Services — hosts this Site and delivers the email we send you, including the confirmation of a service request you submit.
• Jobber — our scheduling and invoicing system. Details of work we actually carry out for you are recorded there. The Request Service form on this Site is our own and no longer sends your information to Jobber automatically.
• Google reCAPTCHA — helps protect our forms from spam and abuse. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service.
• Google Fonts — loads the typefaces used on this Site from Google's servers.
• YouTube — we display our latest videos using YouTube's public feed and link out to our YouTube channel; we do not embed YouTube's video player or tracking on this Site.
• Our email newsletter provider — processes newsletter sign-ups and sends the emails you've subscribed to.

These providers operate under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We choose providers we believe handle data responsibly, but we don't control how they process information once it's in their systems.

7. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy — for example, service request and customer records are kept for our business, tax, and warranty recordkeeping needs, and newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. If you'd like us to delete information we hold about you, contact us and we'll do so unless we're required to keep it for legal or legitimate business reasons.

8. Your Choices & Rights

• Newsletter. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
• Access, correction, or deletion. You can contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request that we delete it.
• State privacy laws. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We'll honor reasonable requests consistent with those laws to the extent they apply to us.

This Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we'll remove it.
