NOTE: I generally try to aim to provide a flat rate cost for the labor portion of any service call. Hourly rate is generally for open ended service requests where an accurate estimate cannot be provided due to access issues, potential complications, risks or unforseen additional time and effort requirements.

- Sensor and Thermostat Verification: Testing of sensors and thermostat functions to maintain accurate temperature control and comfort.

Conditioning & Inspection

- Comprehensive Inspection: Thorough examination of slide-out seals to identify wear, damage, or detachment, ensuring a tight and secure fit.
- Cleaning: Removal of debris and buildup from seals, enhancing their functionality and lifespan.
- Conditioning Treatment: Application of a high-quality conditioner to keep seals pliable and resistant to weathering and UV damage.
- Minor Repair Solutions: Prompt reattachment and minor repairs to seals, preventing leaks and maintaining structural integrity.
