1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of travelmorerv.com (the "Site"), operated by NET1Plus LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company doing business as Travel More Mobile RV Services and Travel More RV ("Travel More RV," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. About This Site

The Site provides information about our mobile RV repair, maintenance, connectivity, and orientation services, along with educational articles and videos about RV ownership and travel. Submitting a request through the Site does not, by itself, create a service contract — see Section 4.

3. Use of the Site

You may view and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or the accounts of others;
• Scrape, copy, or republish Site content at scale without our permission; or
• Interfere with the Site's normal operation, including through malicious code, excessive automated requests, or attempts to bypass security measures.

4. Service Requests & Scheduling

Submitting a request through the Site (including through our embedded Jobber request form) is an inquiry, not a confirmed appointment or binding agreement. Availability shown on the Site — including the current service-status indicator — reflects our general schedule and may change without notice. Pricing, scope of work, and scheduling for any actual repair or service are confirmed separately, directly with you, before work begins.

5. Educational Content Disclaimer

Articles, videos, and other content on this Site are provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only. They reflect our own experience and opinions and are not a substitute for your RV or component manufacturer's instructions, or for a qualified professional's evaluation of your specific situation.

If you choose to perform maintenance or repairs on your own RV based on content from this Site, you do so at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from your use of, or reliance on, this content.

6. Reviews & Testimonials

Any customer reviews or testimonials shown on the Site reflect the individual experiences of the customers who provided them. They are not a guarantee that you will have the same experience or results.

7. Third-Party Links & Embedded Content

The Site links to, or embeds content from, third-party services including Jobber, YouTube, Google reCAPTCHA, and our email newsletter provider. We don't control these third parties and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that service's own terms and privacy policy.

The text, photos, videos, logos, and other content on this Site are owned by NET1Plus LLC or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel More RV and NET1Plus LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site — even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. This section does not limit liability for actual repair or service work performed under a separate service agreement, which is governed by the terms of that agreement.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Travel More RV, NET1Plus LLC, and our owners and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, with the "Last updated" date above reflecting the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
